1. It starts with accumulation conveyor – In most of the cases the product for check weighing is received at random SPACING. To achieve the required through out of the check weigh there is requirement of accumulating the products. After accumulation the products are released in a regulated form.
2. In feed Separator Belt Conveyor - This module ensures that a required gap is created in between two products.
3. Weighing Module - This module is a belt conveyor which is mounted on load cells which give weight data to the controller of the weighing system. This has two sensors one at entry and other at exit. After entry sensor gives signal of entry of product the load cell starts giving the data to the controller, which has inbuilt system to display the weight of the product received. After exit sensor give signal of exit of product the controller gets reset and it ready for weighing of next product.
4. Out feed Module – This module normally incorporates a product rejection mechanism. Based on the weighing results the product it released for further processing Or is rejected and pushed out of the line. Based on the through put and the type of product the rejection mechanism is selected.
