A sales veteran, Shrikant started his career on bicycle as an engineering student helping with and learning from his family’s small business enterprise. Using his learnings after a mechanical engineering degree from Mumbai, he joined Armstrong as one of the founder directors.

He is a mentor to the sales team and his belief in staying ahead of the curve competition adds the aggressive edge to Armstrong.

Vina Majgaonkar is the Finance Director at Armstrong. Armstrong is India's biggest warehouse automation company and growing at a very high speed. Vina joined Armstrong in 2005. She completed her engineering in electronics. Though from a non finance background, rising up to company's requirement, she took on the responsibility of finance and has been successfully leading the function till today.

She considers herself as a ‘forever student,’ and believes in leveraging every new opportunity to pick up a new skill or an addition to her professional experience.

As a strong believer of work/life balance, Vina herself demonstrates a fine balance in her life and encourages her team to follow it actively. She does so by deploying proper planning and monitoring processes in every critical area of her priorities.

He manages business development at Armstrong and supports the production team.

Although from a manufacturing background, he is responsible for managing our key accounts. He has deep entrepreneurial experience and drives the global expansion of our business. He plays a vital role in setting up our production systems.

Amol is the Principal Data Scientist, Material & Supply Chain. He has over 30 + years of experience in all facets of SCM across a spectrum of industries. Deep and wide domain knowledge, Analytical ability and System Thinking are his fortes.

He is a Production Engineer from VJTI and MBA from JBIMS. In addition to spending many years in hands-on SCM activities, Amol has had stints in IT and ERP consultancy. He has also worked with ILO as Productivity Expert.

When not at work, he actively pursues his hobby, 'Education'. For last 25 years, he has been a Visiting Faculty at JBIMs in the subjects of Operations Management, SCM, etc.
